How To Brew
There are a lot of websites that teach people how to brew kombucha. I read several to figure out how I was going to do it, so I will share the way I like brewing in case that might help for those of you new to it or just looking at a possible new brew method.
First you need a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) that will be your fermenting friend in your soon to be beautiful tea. SCOBYs can be bought online, lended from friends or you can grow your own. I chose to grow my own.
Once you have a SCOBY, you can start brewing!
